By accessing and using GunuHost services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

GunuHost provides web hosting, domain registration, email hosting, VPS servers, and related internet services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at our discretion with reasonable notice.

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Pay all fees and charges when due

All fees are due in advance and are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

We aim to provide 99.9% industry-standard uptime. If the server(s) hosting your account experience annual downtime of more than 1%, you may be eligible for compensation as an account credit, provided you have been a customer for at least 12 months.

Each file or directory counts as a single inode. Backups will not be created once an inode cap is reached:

Database usage must not endanger overall server performance. Max database sizes per shared plan:

• Outbound sending: Limit of 400 emails per hour per account.
• IMAP limits: Max 10 simultaneous connections per mailbox.
• Mailbox size: Starter (350MB), Business (550MB), Enterprise (750MB).

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
